Appointment Policy
Please be advised that arriving late to your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. While we will make every effort to complete the full treatment within the remaining time, this is subject to our clinical protocols.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please review our Appointment Cancellation Policy below for additional details.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment at Keller Aesthetics. Your information is stored securely and cannot be viewed once submitted.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can accommodate clients on our waiting list. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A $50 fee will apply if we are unable to see you.
Clients who miss an appointment or cancel without sufficient notice may be required to prepay for future services. This prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the cancellation policy is violated. If you cancel within the required window, the amount will be credited to your account for future use.
We respect our providers’ time and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service possible. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Children and Minors Policy
We look forward to welcoming you to our practice. To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to receive services.

Patient Treatment Results
Individual results from our treatments cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
While we maintain high standards for our equipment and staff training, individual responses to treatment may vary. Factors such as lifestyle, diet, exercise, hydration levels, prior skin damage, and adherence to aftercare instructions can significantly affect results.
Because every patient is unique, we encourage you to discuss your goals and expectations with your provider before treatment. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased.
